STEP 1: Once you are signed in, on your manager’s dashboard, click the team button on the left-hand panel. This will direct you to a page which shows all created teams within your organization.

STEP 2: To add your new team, click on the orange ‘add new’ button. This will launch the create team page.

STEP 3: Fill out the required information for the team you wish to create. Make sure all sections that have a star next to them are completed. The others are optional. Once you are happy, click the blue ‘Create team’ button.

STEP 4: Next you need to choose a coach for the team you have just created. You must have created a coach profile before continuing. Select the coach you want (a tick will replace their name once chosen), and then click the blue ‘save’ button. 

A prompt will come up asking if you want to set up a registration for your roster. Click the orange ‘No thanks’ button. You will then be taken to your new team’s homepage. NOTE: If you do want to set up a registration for season payments etc, please see PlayyOn’s how to guide to team registration.

STEP 5: We are not done just yet! Once on your team homepage click the blue ‘Manage’ button to complete other necessary information. This will direct you to the Team Management Toolbox where you can edit or add required team information.

TEAM IMAGE: In the Team Management Toolbox, hover on the PlayyOn logo and then click the blue ‘manage’ button. 

This will take you to a pop up where you can browse and put in your team photo. So click on the blue ‘browse’ button.

Select a photo from your files and then click open. Once opened, you can manipulate the photo how you want to. When happy, click they blue ‘Save’ button. 

TEAM INFORMATION: Now you need to add specific information regarding your team. This includes team contact information and a team description. To do this click on the ‘Edit Team Info’ link in the left panel of the team management toolbox. You will be in the ‘Edit Team Info’ page (see 2nd screenshot)

 Scroll to the bottom of the ‘Edit Team Info page and fill in the contact details as well as providing a team description. Once this is done, click the blue ‘Save’ button.

 And there we go! You are ready to roll! All that is needed to do now is enter players into your team’s roster. If you need help with this please read PlayyOn’s how to on roster management.
