Often you will need to collect a document from your Players and/or Parents. Whether it be birth certificates, signed photo release, or membership cards, you can easily collect these within a registration.
ADDING AND DOCUMENT UPLOAD TO A NEW REGISTRATION
STEP 1: Click the 'Registrations' tab from the left hand vertical menu
STEP 2: Fill in all your registration info as needed.
PRO TIP: In 'Step 3: basic info' of the registration creation, you can add a 'download'. If your players and/or parents need to download a form to fill out and sign before registering, this is a great place to add it.
STEP 3: When you get to 'Step 6: Form', you will see a few 'advanced field' options. In these options there is a field called 'Upload'. Select this field to add it.
STEP 4: Add a label such as "Birth Certificate" and a description such as "please upload your birth certificate as is a mandatory requirement by AAU " You can also choose to make this a mandatory field. Continue creating your registration.
Now when your players and/or parent come to register, they will be able to upload a document.
WHERE TO FIND UPLOADED DOCUMENTS
Once your players register, you will be able to view these documents under Registrations > Manage > Registrations Toolbox > Registrant List, then clicking on the registrants name.
