There are a few different things to consider when building out our website. When if comes to privacy, you have three different setting to choose from. Your organization's landing page is alway public, but you can change the privacy setting on your Teams and Event Pages. 

How to set privacy on Team pages;

  1. Click on teams tab on the left hand vertical menu 
  2. Click on the 'manage' gear icon next to the team you wish to mange
  3. Click on 'Edit Team Info' in your Team Management Toolbox Menu.

   4. Under the 'privacy settings' drop down you can select your chosen level of privacy. 

Note: If you have an under 18 team, but you do not want to show both first and last names, you can edit JUST the name display settings

  1. Select 'Mange Roster' from the Team Management Toolbox menu 
  2. Select the mange icon beside the chart title 'profile' 
  3. Select your display settings
  4. Click 'Save' 

HOW TO SET PRIVACY ON EVENT PAGES
